I recently found the book Trillion Dollar Coach. Or rather, it found me – and absolutely changed the way I view leadership. It’s the story of a failed football coach that turned into Silicon Valley’s greatest executive coach – mentoring folks like Steve Job, Tim Cook, Sheryl Sandberg, Jeff Bezos and hundreds of other successful leaders.
