Courtney Dauwalter is an ultra-marathon runner who recently won the MOAB 240 race in Utah in under 58 hours. She ran 238 miles in under 58 hours, which was 10 hours ahead of the second-place finisher. She only slept for 21 total MINUTES during the race, spread out between two naps. Courtney also won a 100-mile race a month prior, completing the last 12 miles 98% blind. She is the epitome of mental toughness.

I don’t think any of us have found our potential yet.

Whether you’re a runner or not, I believe that everyone can learn a valuable lesson from Courtney about not setting mental limits. If you dream big, you can achieve big.

Everyone should just push the limits of what’s possible and invest time and energy into their passion.
